About

Made for a worried night.

Vets often ask you to count a sleeping pet's breaths: watch the chest rise, count for fifteen seconds, multiply by four. TapRate does the arithmetic so you can keep watching.

Guidance shown in this app is a rule of thumb, not a diagnosis. A resting rate that climbs over several readings, or anything that worries you, is a reason to ring your vet.
